This month we fly overseas for the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada. Now at its 38th edition, this show, fully dedicated to the Pizza industry, will open its doors to the world from March 22 to 24.
The annual gathering of professionals promises to be a crossroads of meetings, contacts and updates. That’s why the International Pizza Expo counts among its participants Latteria Sorrentina, spokesperson for the Fiordilatte around the world and great protagonist of the true Neapolitan pizza.
In turn, the Latteria Sorrentina stand will be a rich stage hosting world-famous master pizza makers. Among our guests there will be Ciro Iovine of Pizzeria Song’ ‘e Napule in New York, Rosario Granieri of Pizzeria Pizza Secret in Brooklyn, Giovanni Gagliardi of La Leggenda Pizzeria in Miami, Carmine Candito of ‘O Munaciello Miami, chef Marco Giugliano directly from the DOMA restaurant in Miami and many others. And for the occasion we could not miss Rega USA Import, the real glue of all our relationships in America, which year after year became stronger and more intense.
The program is exciting and we can’t wait to leave to immerse ourselves in these four days of great collaborations, entertainment and news from the pizza universe.
