The last working year was certainly unusual: we found ourselves facing out of the ordinary market dynamics and needs. It is useless to beat about the bush, there was no lack of obstacles, but luckily we were able to overcome all of them with a great teamwork, carried out and coordinated together with our #fiordamici. Driven by a single certainty, namely the one that makes pizza the most loved and known dish in the world, we worked and continue to work alongside professional pizza makers, supporting each other.
September is near and with it we celebrate the start of a new working year, aware that this time we have to commit ourselves even more. Empowered by the same passion as always and counting on the strengths of Latteria Sorrentina’s secular dairy tradition, we endlessly continue to believe in those values that make the pizza maker a unique and crucial element of the true Made in Italy.
